Our facility features the industry's latest and most advanced equipment, including fully automatic solder paste printers, SPI solder paste inspection machines, and Samsung S2 module placement systems. Moving away from traditional "island‑style" operations between processes, this production line organically connects previously independent lines—such as IC placement, LED placement, and board unloading—through an automated conveyor system, forming a seamless, continuous flow production line. PCBs are processed continuously from front to back, with the production pace precisely controlled by equipment, efficiently minimising waiting and buffering time between processes.

The automatic solder paste storage system enables intelligent safety stock management. It integrates material scanning upon feeding, refrigeration, temperature recovery, stirring, and dispensing into a fully automated process. The system communicates seamlessly with the MES for real‑time monitoring and operational control, significantly reducing manual intervention in solder paste management. This minimises labour costs and effectively eliminates material waste.





The custom‑built inspection and rework integrated machine automatically performs quality inspection for post‑placement defects such as component shift, tombstoning, reverse polarity, and incorrect parts, as well as subsequent corrective repairs. This boosts the first‑pass yield to 99% , requiring manual intervention only when necessary. It also supports a one‑click re‑entry function to quickly resume production.
