1. Product Overview

This product is an indoor COB (Chip‑On‑Board) flexible LED display, utilising full flip‑chip COB integrated packaging technology combined with a flexible PCB substrate. It achieves an optimal balance between ultra‑fine pixel pitch display and curved form‑factor capability. The display supports creative shape customisation, including inner arcs, outer arcs, cylindrical surfaces, and other irregular configurations, making it ideal for creative display scenarios in various architectural environments.

Addressing the market pain point of the difficulty in reconciling design and image quality, we are launching the new FL Series of small-pitch COB flexible modules. This product utilizes a flexible substrate + COB packaging solution and covers P1.25 and P1.56 small-pitch specifications. While supporting diverse display designs, it ensures high-definition image quality, providing professional creative display solutions for commercial complexes, digital exhibition halls, art spaces, and other scenarios.

The LED chip is directly die-bonded to a flexible substrate via COB packaging, overcoming the physical limitations of spacing at the packaging level to achieve a more uniform light-emitting surface and higher contrast. Compared to traditional SMD flexible solutions, this further improves:

Display detail, contrast, color consistency, and viewing comfort.

Even when viewed up close, the pixelation and mosaic-like appearance common in traditional flexible screens are no longer noticeable.

In terms of shape, the flexible substrate supports various irregular structures such as cylinder, arc, wave, convex and concave surfaces. Combined with strong magnetic attraction installation design and high-precision structural technology, installation and maintenance are more convenient, and flatness and splicing accuracy are improved simultaneously.

Meanwhile, in addition to the flexible substrate × COB packaging design, FL Series has several engineering advantages in terms of splicing accuracy, image quality, and compatibility.

1. 60°×6, precisely assembled circular single module with a precise 60° central angle, 6 pieces seamlessly joined to form a complete cylinder, with a minimum diameter of approximately 0.6m. Planar tolerance is controlled below 0.1mm, resulting in a continuous, uninterrupted, and seamless image, eliminating the need for construction methods that rely on assembling polygons into approximate circles.

2. P1.25/P1.56 small pitch, image quality without compromising on shape. COB packaging directly bonds the chip to a flexible substrate, breaking through the physical lower limit of SMD pitch. Even after bending, it still maintains a delicate small pitch image, no longer sacrificing image quality for shape.

3. Standard size, seamless splicing of COB hard and soft modules: The standard size of 300*168.75mm can be seamlessly spliced ​​with the standard COB cabinet of 600*337.5mm, allowing for mixed deployment and sharing of the control system without the need to switch solutions, thus lowering the deployment threshold.
