The BlueShine E1 is a flagship model of the Extreme Series, engineered for high protection and superior weather resistance. Featuring comprehensive upgrades in heat resistance, cold resistance, and waterproofing, the E1 has passed multiple internal tests and meets standardised production requirements – enabling the creation of ultra‑HD 8K outdoor advertising displays.

Extreme Cold Resistance – Reliable Performance in Freezing Temperatures
For extremely cold environments, the E1 is equipped with power supplies, components, and cables that are specifically selected to operate normally at low temperatures – ensuring flawless performance even in freezing conditions.
The rear edge of the cabinet features a high‑density foam sealing design, enhancing cabinet airtightness and effectively strengthening waterproof performance, while also preventing cold air from penetrating the product interior.
Extreme Heat Resistance – Engineered for High‑Temperature Environments
As a high‑weather‑resistance product, the E1 is also highly capable of withstanding high temperatures.
The E1 module features a blind‑bottom design, achieving IP65 protection on both front and rear. The module base is constructed from aluminium, leveraging the material's natural advantages to ensure the cabinet does not deform or self‑ignite even under extreme heat.
The cabinet's aluminium heat‑sink fins incorporate multiple heat‑dissipating ribs, with graphene thermal interface material applied to enhance heat conduction. A proprietary waterproof breathable valve and the aluminium base further improve cabinet heat dissipation.
