The BlueShine 960×960mm Die‑Cast Aluminum LED Cabinet is manufactured using high‑precision CNC machining and is purpose‑built for outdoor display projects. It is compatible with the industry‑standard 320×160mm outdoor SMD LED modules, covering a full range of pixel pitches including P2.5, P3.076, P4, P5, P6.67, P8, and P10 – enabling one cabinet, unlimited configurations. Supporting both front and rear maintenance, this cabinet is suitable for a wide range of applications, including outdoor billboards, sports stadiums, traffic information displays, and commercial landmarks.

6.Incoming material testing experimental equipment:
1.) High and low temperature hot and cold shock equipment: high and low temperature .hot and cold shock test equipment, for the kit, lamp beads, all after 72 hours, low temperature 60 degrees, high temperature 100 degrees detection test; (simulation of the use of the environment, observe the lamp beads, frames, whether they can withstand low temperature and high temperature).
2.) Salt spray test equipment: test screws, all after 100 hours of salt spray test, in 100 hours without rust, without oxidation.
3.) Drying&heating machine: Before LED beads are put into the production line, they all go through a 6-hour high-temperature oven to avoid ummy soldering and oxidation of the beads due to humidity
4.)Waterproof test: in the fourth floor assembly workshop, the cabinets all through the waterproof / shockproof test.
5.)Vibration tester: all finished modules are subjected to random vibration testing (simulated transportation, whether there is false welding).
6.)Ultrasonic layered scanning: layered scanning of lamp beads, IC chips, after passing the furnace, whether there are faults and whether they are qualified.
7.)PCB slicing test with high magnification microscope: PCB has done hole slicing test, hole copper and surface copper in line with the acceptance of qualified.
8.)Resistance tester: test the copper content of the core of the power cord.
9.)Load tester: test the load of the power cord with load.
