5. How do you ensure quality before shipment?

We take quality control very seriously. Every LED display undergoes a 48-hour aging test before shipment.

Our aging test includes:

  • White screen test (≥48 hours)

  • Single-color tests (Red, Green, Blue)

  • Grayscale gradient test (≥48 hours)

  • Video and text effect test (≥48 hours)

The aging test is a critical step in our production process to improve product reliability. It helps identify potential issues such as dead pixels, color inconsistencies, or flickering that might only appear after a period of operation.

Our Zero-Dead-Pixel Guarantee:
We guarantee zero dead pixels on every module that leaves our factory.


6. Can you assemble and test the full screen before shipment?

Yes. We assemble the full screen for aging testing before shipment. This ensures that:

  • All cabinets are properly aligned with seamless splicing

  • The entire screen operates flawlessly as a complete system

  • No dead pixels or other defects exist across the full assembly

This full-screen aging test gives you confidence that your display will perform perfectly upon arrival and installation.


7. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 2 to 3-year warranty depending on the specific model and configuration. During the warranty period, we cover any defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options are available upon request.


8. What payment terms do you accept?

We accept:

  • T/T: 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment

  • L/C: At sight

  • Western Union / (for sample or small orders)
