Installation Details & Precautions
  • Operators must wear anti-static gloves during module assembly
  • Avoid water contact with screen or modules. Use anti-static soft brush for dust cleaning - avoid cloth, wet objects, or hard objects
  • Maintain working environment humidity between 20% and 75%. Store modules in environments not exceeding 30°C temperature and 65% humidity
  • Handle wires gently - avoid tearing or pulling to prevent damage to copper pillars and PCB
  • Galvanized square tubes are prohibited for installation. Use painted steel box structure instead
  • For curved or cylindrical enclosures, powder coating process is recommended for smooth, even finish
  • Module bending angle should be between 135° and 180°. Avoid violent or repeated bending
