Full-process strict control, unwavering zero-defect commitment

R&D must control the design gate well and build a closed loop for product design.
Blueshine has established a systematic R&D quality management system. Based on the IPD process and targeting zero defects, it embeds quality requirements into every R&D node. In response to the LED display requirements for high reliability, long service life, and adaptability to complex environments, Blueshine has introduced DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and reliability simulation, and conducts review and verification with reserved margins for thermal management, structure, electrical performance, EMC, protection, lamp beads and IC matching, among other aspects.

Before a new product is launched, design, process, and reliability verification as well as trial production review must be completed; if standards are not met, the product will not be transferred to mass production. Through standardization, modularization, and platformization, material and process variations are reduced, achieving “design is quality, mass production is stable” and laying the foundation for full-process quality assurance.

Strictly control the access gate at the source; incoming inspection strengthens the quality foundation

Quality begins at the source. Blueshine has established extremely high admission thresholds for upstream components and materials, consolidating the quality foundation across all dimensions—from selection and performance to supplier management.

For the selection of core components, key devices such as LED beads are managed under a single fixed model. Suppliers must have no quality issues in incoming materials for three consecutive months before the components can be officially used in bulk orders, thereby ensuring consistency and stability of device performance from the source. For the peak performance of key components, Blueshine reserves 30% performance redundancy to ensure that products can still operate normally under extreme conditions.

At the supplier management level, Blueshine has established a monthly rating update mechanism and a supplier coaching system, accurately identifying each supplier's critical-to-quality (CTQ) processes, defining clear process parameter control ranges, and achieving full-chain quality traceability. At the same time, for 13 major material categories—including PCBs, kits, cabinets, chemical materials, switching power supplies, and ICs—Blueshine executes more than 2,300 inspection standards and implements 100% incoming inspection, ensuring that not a single nonconforming material flows into production.

Verify performance at the testing gate; extreme testing validates product confidence.

Truly high quality must be able to withstand the test of extreme environments. Blueshine has built a full-scenario laboratory validation system that simulates various complex application scenarios around the world, using extreme stress testing to force product quality upgrades.

High-temperature and high-humidity test: simulates tropical and subtropical humid and hot climates, rainy-season condensation, and other scenarios, with testing for up to 1,000 hours under 40°C–85°C and 85%–95%RH.

Thermal shock test: simulates rapid switching between hot and cold environments, instantaneous heating of components, and other operating conditions, completing 500 cycle shocks within the range of -40°C–105°C.

Temperature-humidity cycling test: simulates day-night temperature differences, seasonal alternation, and temperature changes during transportation and storage, verifying the product's adaptability to environmental fluctuations.

At the finished-product stage, Blueshine further uses military-grade quality as the standard and completes a total of 16 finished-product tests, including scenario-based validation, basic stress testing, electrical performance testing, and physical performance testing, ensuring that every product can adapt to diverse application scenarios from severe cold to extreme heat and from indoor to outdoor environments.

Safeguard the manufacturing gate throughout the production process; layer-by-layer control ensures production precision

The production process is the core battleground for quality control. On the production side, Blueshine has built a manufacturing control system featuring “checkpoint-based control, standardization, and a strong closed loop,” embedding the zero-defect philosophy into every process.

A total of 15 core quality checkpoints are set across the entire production process, covering key nodes such as module layer scanning, module thrust testing, IC and LED surface AOI/SPI inspection, intelligent assembly 3D+2D inspection, conformal coating thickness measurement, solder joint thrust testing, and whole-screen assembly inspection—checking and controlling layer by layer from core components to the finished screen.

Blueshine implements the production principle of “one inspection per process” and puts into practice a dual-100% inspection mechanism—100% in-process inspection plus 100% aging testing—to comprehensively ensure production precision, long-term stability, and durability. It has also established 135 line-stop standards: once any quality abnormality is found, the production line is immediately paused until the issue is thoroughly resolved, institutionally preventing defective products from flowing downstream and truly achieving “do not create defects, do not pass on defects.”

Protect the delivery gate at ex-factory; safeguard the final line of defense for quality

Quality control does not end when production comes off the line; it extends across the entire process of warehousing, storage, and ex-factory delivery. Blueshine carries quality management through the last mile of the product lifecycle, ensuring that every product delivered to users is in perfect condition.

In the warehousing stage, precise temperature and humidity control is implemented to prevent finished products from oxidizing or deforming due to environmental factors. At the same time, a mechanism of “round-the-clock scheduled recording + periodic patrol audits” has been established to monitor warehousing environment data throughout the process and ensure zero quality loss during storage.

In the ex-factory OQC inspection stage, a dual inspection model of “100% equipment inspection + manual sampling in proportion” is implemented, with dynamic quality control based on order requirements and real-time quality status. For the remaining quantities of orders, 100% full inspection is carried out, firmly holding the final quality defense line before products leave the factory.
